Process:

RI MAP Based Recruitment Process

In this process we make use of two parts of RI MAP and MARP.

The following steps are involved in this process:

  • Undertake senior executives through RI MAP (Psychometric Instrument that is used to capture the expectations of the Organization, from a particular band in the organization) to arrive at the Band-wise expectations of the Organization. The graph thus obtained is used to compare it against the Individual Profile of the candidate/applicant for that particular position.
  • Administer the RI MAP (word associative psychometric Instrument) to the candidate/applicant to map their individual profile.
  • Undertake a Gap Analysis between the Individual Profile and the Expected Profile.
  • Come out with the Suitability Index Report for the candidate vis a vis the position.
 

The following Individual templates would be given to the organization.

Individual Web Graph (the profile of the Individual on the three dimension of Identity, Concept of Role and Behavior)

The Expectation of the Organization on the Graphical Form.

Gap Analysis between the individual profile and the Expected Profile.

Suitability Index Report for the candidate.
