EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION & ENGAGEMENT SURVEY

An employee is said to be engaged in his job when he moves beyond the call of duty and owns up the place. An engaged employee becomes an asset to the organization.

We understand that each organization is unique and, therefore, has special survey content, administration and reporting needs. We work directly with the senior Leadership and the Human Resource function and organizational development staff to design and implement a survey administration process for the organization.

We conduct Employee Engagement Survey to map the level of engagement Employee have with the organisation.Our Engagement study covers the following

  • Company’s Image as perceived by Employees.
  • Existing Work Culture.
  • Expectation of the employees.
  • Competency Gap & Training Needs.
  • General Perception of the employees on various issues.
 
 

We adopt a two pronged methodology to arrive at the engagement matrix .However,this is dependent on the size of the organisation and the need of the organisation . Our methodology consist of

I . SURVEY

1.Use of Cognitive Survey – “Questionnaire”

Cognitive Survey

  • The Cognitive Study is conducted using a custom built questionnaire
  • It is divided into four elements
    • Hertzberg Hygiene Factors (Basic Satisfiers)
    • Hertzberg Motivators (Higher Level Satisfiers)
    • Psychometric profile.

2.Use of Psychometric Tool – “RI MAP ”

II . Focus group / one on one interview.

1.Focus Group Interviews

On completion of the Cognitive Survey, the respondents are called for a Focus Group Interview and Qualitative responses with respect to the macro elements within the

SYN-ESAT questionnaire are discussed

2.One on One Interview

One to One interviews are conducted with the Senior Executives and link cultural aspects of the organisation with the survey indication.
