The Intervention is designed with the focus of understanding the capability gaps in the organization in terms of Individual and Band Competencies for the Leader, Manager and Associate Manager Band.

 

Objectives

Identification of key competencies required for Leader, Manager and Associate Manager Band in aiding towards delivering business objectives.

Identification of existing competencies with the target group (Individual Competency Mapping).

Identifying Gaps in required and existing competencies.

Competency Development Plan for Individual and Bands.

Our Deliverables:

Identification of Relevant Bands within the organization.

Core Competencies required for each of the Bands.

Establishing the Benchmark levels of Competencies required for any person in the Band.

Identifying the Individual Development Needs and Gaps in Competencies.

Individual Development Plan for each participant.

 

 

Documents based on Delivery.

The competency Framework consisting of the Core Competencies required for the organization based on clear bands identified.

The Macro Analysis of what competencies are required for the organization and the gaps in competencies being experienced by the organization.

The Competency Mapping of each individual along with the Areas of development required.

Time Span : For a group of 50 participants end to end competency mapping exercise would spread over a time period of four months.
