L3 – Building Block Competency Mapping & Competency Database
- Synapse India Subject Matter experts (SME’S) would be involved in mapping the Competencies required for each job performed

- Each individual to be assessed against each competency
- Gap Analysis in the above
- Identification of the Developmental Needs for each of the individual
- Competency based programs that will build in the individuals competencies required to perform on the job, effectively and efficiently

L4 – Strategic Talent Management Design and implement a Talent Review and Development (TRD) process integrating the Competency Mapping with the Performance Management of the organization. This process involves collation and analysis of performance management data to be reviewed in a meeting of the Top Management of organization with Senior Consultants from Synapse India. The expected outcome of the meeting would be -
- Identify top talent in the organization and strategize retention plan for them.
- Identify bottom performers and decide further course of action (developmental plans) for them.
- Identify critical jobs and develop succession plan for these jobs.
- Put together a Succession Plan and Organization Capability Building Plan for the organization
