Where in the Organizations have their Vision and Mission Statements, most of the time these remain Vision and Mission only on the Corporate Policy Documents or sometimes, though the Organization tries to achieve these it might not be possible or the path towards the Vision and Mission may not be what the Organization was built for. Hence, it is very crucial for every Organization to have a Vision and Mission statement that drive the Organization and constantly monitor and review the Strategic Intent,in-order to achieve its Vision and Mission.
